The product

One machine. Lots of boxes.

The proposed BUILD YOUR OWN BOX machine is deliberately mechanical.

No CNC controller. No motors. No computer. No complicated powered cutting equipment.

The current engineering concept uses a rigid benchtop platform, guided manual carriage, adjustable positioning system and interchangeable scoring/cutting tools.

Engineering concept visualisation

Built to be repaired, not replaced.

Scoring wheels, blades and the cutting surface are treated as wear components from the outset — parts intended to be replaced rather than reasons to replace the machine.
